I encourage you to attend your home inspection and accompany me around and through the home. The length of the home inspection depends on the property, but average 3 to 4 hours for a single family detached home.

Home Inspection Report

Your home inspection report will be available on-site at the end of the inspection. The home inspection report is computer generated, comprehensive, specific to your home, and easy to read. No hard to read handwriting or hard to understand checklist designed to cover every imaginable property. We will go over the report with you at the end of the inspection, and the home inspection report with pictures and a summary will also be e-mailed to you and your agent at the end of the home inspection.

Do You Need Radon Testing?

David Grant is an AARST-NRPP certified Analytical Services Provider, so not only can he place and retrieve radon tests, but also analyze them in house to provide results the same day test is retrieved.

Radon is an odorless, tasteless gas released from the soil which can be a health hazard at elevated levels. EPA recommends testing all homes for elevated levels. Radon testing takes a minimum of 2 days and can be set up at or 2 days before the inspection using EPA listed testing devices. Test results are provided by e-mail the day test is completed.
